1. Urban Moto Trail Company

Urban Moto Trail is a trail motorcycle and electric scooter rental service, operated by the company ISTASSAL.

2. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all visitors and users of the urbanmototrail.com website and to all services offered. Booking and renting vehicles automatically implies acceptance and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Urban Moto Trail reserves the right to cancel a rental or refuse participation from any client whose driving or behavior would compromise safety, the proper conduct of the rental, or the rights of other users.

No refund will be granted in case of cancellation due to inappropriate behavior or non-compliance with safety conditions.

Urban Moto Trail cannot be held responsible for unpredictable unfavorable weather conditions during your rental. However:

7. Customer liability - Material damage

The customer will be held responsible for all damage caused to the rented vehicle, whether resulting from negligence, accident, or inappropriate use, up to a limit of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros).

A cash deposit will be required at pickup:

This deposit will be fully refunded after inspection of the vehicle at the end of the rental, provided no damage is found. In case of damage, the repair cost will be deducted from the deposit.

8. Inspection and damage assessment

A detailed vehicle inspection will take place:

Photographs and/or videos will be taken during the inspection. Repair costs will be determined based on manufacturer rates with a 40% markup for shipping fees and 20% for VAT.

9. Insurance

Urban Moto Trail strongly recommends that all customers purchase travel insurance including coverage for motorcycle accidents and medical repatriation. This insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended for your safety and protection.

10. License and safety equipment

The driver's license must be valid and correspond to your country of residence. You assume full responsibility regarding compliance with current Moroccan regulations.

Helmet is mandatory. If you do not have your own, an approved safety helmet will be provided at pickup. Protective gloves will also be made available if desired.

You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by Urban Moto Trail staff and to adapt your driving to Moroccan traffic conditions.

11. Documents required at pickup

When picking up the vehicle, you must present:

Documents may be presented either at our Agadir office or at an agreed meeting point, in person or via virtual verification according to arrangements made with Urban Moto Trail.

12. Booking and payment

Accepted payment methods:

Partial payments may be arranged directly with Urban Moto Trail by phone, WhatsApp, or email. The balance must be paid before vehicle pickup.

Your billing currency will be the Euro (EUR).

13. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation deadline: Minimum 24 hours before rental date

Cancellation policy:

Upon presentation of valid justification, the customer may request to reschedule their rental to a later date. Amounts paid will remain credited for 12 months.

14. Late returns and additional fees

In case of late vehicle return, fees will be applied based on hourly billing. The exact amount will be determined at pickup depending on the vehicle type.

Late fees are to be discussed and agreed upon between the customer and Urban Moto Trail staff at the time of return.

15. Limitation of liability and risks

The customer assumes all risks inherent to the use of a motorcycle or scooter. The customer acknowledges the potential dangers of riding and accepts full responsibility for these risks.

The customer waives any claim against Urban Moto Trail, its employees, or representatives for any personal damage, loss, or injury occurring during the rental, except in case of intentional fault by Urban Moto Trail.

Any complaint or claim must be immediately brought to the attention of Urban Moto Trail staff and cannot be considered at a later time.

16. Mechanical breakdowns

Urban Moto Trail disclaims any liability for delays caused by mechanical breakdown of the rented vehicle. A replacement vehicle may only be provided as a courtesy and subject to availability.

Urban Moto Trail commits to providing mechanical assistance if possible, but does not assume additional costs or delays.

17. Geographical scope

There are no geographical restrictions. You may use the rented vehicle in all regions of Morocco without zone limitations. However, you remain responsible for compliance with Moroccan traffic regulations and driving rules applicable in each region.

18. Copyright and intellectual property

All content on the urbanmototrail.com website, including photos, videos, descriptions, and designs, is the exclusive property of Urban Moto Trail. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, or use this content without express authorization.

Any copyright infringement will result in appropriate legal action.

19. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Moroccan legislation. Any dispute arising from these conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of competent Moroccan courts.

20. Modifications to the General Terms

Urban Moto Trail reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Modifications will be posted on this website. Your continued use of the service after publication of modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
